This is exactly what SuiteCommerce believes. If you have take some time to read our "Company" section in the SuiteCommerce Website we state that "integration is KEY for success in ecommerce and that is why we focus on NetSuite".
What Bezos quotes is what NetSuite is and what NetSuite will be... and will always be.
360 degree view, all units in sync. Sweet. Suite. Beautiful.
I guess he stated "in the future" because he hasn't tried NetSuite... yet. :-)

Surprising that Jeff does not mention integration to Accounting also? Maybe Amazon does not have full integration to accounting, which NetSuite has :-) We work with many companies on NetSuite, and the accounting integration is one of the main keys to success!
