NetSuite released today the April 08 Newsletter and there is a tip that may be very helpful for you.

How to See Keyword Activity from Search Engines

Here are the steps to follow to accomplish that!

1. How to see all keywords broken down by search engine
1. First you will customize the Keywords Summary report. To do so, go to Reports > Web Presence > Keywords Summary > Customize.
2. Add a Referrer field. Your referrers are search engine sites such as Google, Yahoo, Ask.com, and the like. To do this, you start in the "Add Fields" left sidebar, expand the Keywords folder and select the Referrer component.
3. In the Report Preview right pane, drag the Referrer column to the far left column
4. Rename Referrer Column Label to "Search Engine"
5. Save your newly customized report!
2. How to see activity from your Paid keywords
You may want to display only Paid Keyword information in your Keywords report. Here are the steps to follow to do just that:
1. Create a Campaign ID in NetSuite for each of your search engine paid keyword campaigns
2. Append the Campaign ID to all of the URLs you provide search engines for your paid keywords
3. Customize the Keywords Summary report (Reports > Web Presence > Keywords Summary > Customize)
4. Progress to the "Filters" step of the Report Builder
5. Select the "Campaign ID" filter (in the Add Fields left sidebar, expand the Keywords folder and expand the Campaign folder, then select the Campaign ID component)
6. Set the Campaign ID filter to "not empty" (in the right pane, for the Campaign component, choose a Filter of "not empty")
7. Save your report!
3. To display only Organic (or Natural) Keyword info in the Keywords report, follow the same steps above, but set the filter of the Campaign ID component to "empty."



This information was always on the NetSuite help, and it works great. I always wondered why NetSuite doesnt provide it out of the box, but here it is. Use this Customization experience as a way of getting insight and knowledge in hoe to customize and create other reports that will be very valuable for you all when data mining the amazing amount of information your NetSuite account has.
